Amazing Alloys can restore your damaged alloys back to showroom quality.

Amazing Alloys offers a full refurbishment service, this includes removal of your tyres, fully acid stripping the existing paint from the alloy wheels. Shot blasting the wheels to remove any corrosion and leave the alloys with a keyed finish ready for paint. Amazing Alloys uses the highest quality powder paints specifically designed for alloy wheels to achieve the highest quality on the market. We have over 100 different paints in stock, so even if you have damaged only one alloy wheel, we can get a paint match to your existing alloy. After the wheels have been through our paint room, we then refit your tyres with brand new valves and we rebalance your wheels before fitting the alloys back to your vehicle.

If there is a significant amount of damage to your alloy wheel it may be necessary to weld your alloy wheel, this would be done to secure a strong repair without softening the alloy itself. Instances when this may apply are:

B – We can repair the wheel with an alloy weld and fully refurbish your wheel at the same time, leaving you with a showroom condition wheel. If you choose this option we offer a 10% discount off the price of the buckle repair.

Diamond Cutting

Amazing Alloys has Shropshire’s only onsite CNC Diamond Cutting Lathe used to restore diamond alloys / polished alloys back to showroom condition.

Diamond cut finishes are becoming an increasingly popular choice for car manufacturers to fit as standard. You can tell a diamond cut wheel by looking for a shiny bare metal effect on the wheel often in combination with a painted coloured surface on the inserts of the wheel.

At Amazing Alloys this finished is achieved by first fully preparing the alloy wheels by chemically stripping all existing paint from the wheels, next the wheels are shot blasted and prepped for the paint room. Once here the wheels are powder primed and painted to the colour of choice. The alloy wheels then leave the paint room and are transferred to our CNC diamond cutting lathe, where a diamond tipped cutter will cut fractions of a millimetre of alloy from the face of the alloy wheel. Once of all the damage has been removed it is transferred back to our paint room where it is powder lacquered.
