Terms and Conditions

1. Quotes and Pricing

• 1.1 All quotes are provided based on the visible condition of the wheel(s) at the time of inspection.
• 1.2 All prices are subject to further inspection once tyres are removed and wheels are chemically stripped.
• 1.3 Hidden damage, including but not limited to cracks, buckles, structural fractures, excessive corrosion, or previous poor repairs, may result in additional charges.
• 1.4 No additional chargeable work will be carried out without customer authorisation.

2. Estimates

• 2.1 Any price given prior to physical inspection is an estimate only.
• 2.2 Final pricing will be confirmed once wheels are fully assessed.

3. Additional Repairs

• 3.1 Structural welding, straightening, crack repair, or heavy corrosion treatment is not included in standard refurbishment pricing unless expressly stated.
• 3.2 Where additional work is required, the customer will be contacted with a revised price for approval before work proceeds.
• 3.3 Approval may be given verbally, by text message, email, or other written communication.
  

4. Customer Responsibility

• 4.1 Customers must declare any known previous repairs or structural damage prior to work commencing.
• 4.2 Amazing Alloys accepts no responsibility for failure of previous repairs carried out by third parties.
  

5. Refusal of Repair

• 5.1 We reserve the right to refuse repair if a wheel is deemed unsafe or beyond economical or structural repair.
• 5.2 If a wheel is deemed unrepairable after stripping, a labour/inspection fee may apply.
  

6. Payment Terms

• 6.1 Full payment is required prior to collection or refitting of wheels.
• 6.2 Wheels will not be released until payment has been received in full.
  

7. Finish & Colour Matching

• 7.1 While every effort is made to match manufacturer finishes, exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed.
• 7.2 Diamond-cut finishes are cosmetic and may reduce the structural thickness of the alloy over time with repeated refurbishment.
  

8. Warranty

• 8.1 We provide a six-month warranty against defects in workmanship.
• 8.2 This warranty does not cover:
  Impact damage
  Kerb damage
  Corrosion caused by neglect or harsh chemicals
  Damage from potholes or road hazards
  

9. Storage

• 9.1 Wheels not collected within 14 days of completion may incur storage charges.
• 9.2 Wheels uncollected after 60 days may be disposed of to recover costs, in accordance with applicable law.
  

10. Limitation of Liability

• 10.1 Nothing in these terms’ limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
• 10.2 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services provided.
  

11. Acceptance

• By instructing Amazing Alloys to carry out work, the customer confirms they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
